• Regional Sales Manager (KRAs)

    • Should have at least 8 – 10  yrs of experience in Dermatology at Regional Level
    • Candidate working as ABMs with excellent Track Record and aspiring to be RBMs may also be considered
    • Achieving Sales & Profit Targets across the Region through Execution of defined Strategies / Campaigns
    • Building Customer / Client Relations for Business Maximization
    • Executing Action Plans for Improving Business Productivity
    • Preparing Annual & Monthly Sales Plan for Existing and New Products
    • Channel Management : C.As, Stockists & Retailers
    • Controlling Sales administration functions with Discipline and defined SOPs
  • Brand Manager (KRAs)

    • Should have at least 5- 6  yrs of experience in Dermatology, of which a minimum of 2 yrs should be in the Brand Management.
    • Excellent communication skills with analytical abilities to analyse the market and ideate the Strategies and Campaigns
    • Should have a good knowledge on Controlling and Executing Campaigns
    • Should have excellent Interpersonal skills to work across the Departments and Sales Team
    • Building Customer / Client Relations for Business Maximization
